#1 – VALUE: Be consistently and continuously adding more in value than you are asking for in payment for your goods and services.

“Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value.”

COACHES CORNER

Question: When prospects have a choice to buy from you or your competition, why do some choose your competition?

Answer: You haven’t shown a stronger value proposition than your competition.

Even if your prices are higher than your competition, prospects will choose you if you can show how you add more value.

For example, why do people go to Starbucks versus making coffee at home?  The coffee in many cases isn’t any better.

Starbucks has built a culture, an added value to its customers beyond what a store brand that you can buy at home would offer – such as Folgers.

Starbucks created a unique selling proposition.  Something that made them unique and something that their competition couldn’t say at the time.  It made them stand out from the rest.

So what’s you’re uniqueness that your competition can’t claim?

Don’t have one?

Find it!! Create it!!
